Ultra LoNox: This is a low emissions water heater. This is a specific requirement for California, which is different than the requirements in other states. 

Installation price: We can diagnose and give a fair price range over the phone. In order to be most accurate and competitive with our pricing, we will firm up the price within the range when we arrive and assess the job. A firm price will be given, and a contract is signed so you know EXACTLY how much you will be paying before any work is started. 

Old unit removed and recycled: Included in our price is the removal and disposal of the old unit. The old units are taken to a scrap metal yard where the metals and parts are recycled.
